Good and bad. It is hard to believe that the second closest provincial park and campground to Saskatoon is almost empty 1 day before the biggest camping weekend of the summer. Maybe it is partially due to the complete absence of stall, no useful signage or any posted maps and directions.

After years of having a bad reputation as a provincial park, the park has finally changed! There has been a lot of construction and improvements done throughout the park. This is truely a "hidden gem" worth visiting!

These sites are pretty wide open with few trees and no privacy but peaceful because hardly anybody is here. Two of the closest water taps are non functional

We are at Sunset Ridge campground but we sure didn't find it with the help of the only maps available posted on their website or the signs along the park road that never did tell you where this campground is.

Lots of room for parking cars, trucks, boats or whatever at most sites.easy to park trailers because of the lack of trees.

Really great park staff. Front gate attendant picked us a great site and maintenance staff boosted my truck.

After traveling down one of the worst maintained roads I have ever seen, I paid $40 to stay in a campsite with no toilet paper, no soap, no shade and no real fire pit. I would have been better off staying in the Walmart parking lot.

I've never camped in the Prairies, so this was definitely a new experience for me. I am usually used to lots of trees around lots, but here it was more bare. This is expected of the land we're in. Nevertheless, a really interesting park, situated right next to the river. You can hear the highway across the river so it was a bit noisy at times, but nothing too dreadful. The coyote howls at night are magical.
